Life doesn’t make any sense without interdependence. We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all.

OCA offers a dynamic therapy program suited for the needs of each individual client. As a participant of OCA, you have access to individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services and Mental Health Counseling. Our clinical team shares the mission of OCA to provide a multi-disciplinary, evidence based approach to promote positive change in the lives of our participants and their families. We are able to pool our decades of experience to improve the quality of life for those around us. We provide therapeutic services in a variety of settings to promote generalization of skills and support inclusion in the clinic, schools, home, and throughout the community.
Applied Behavior Analysis
OCA strives to provide appropriate learning opportunities in the natural environment with the support of ABA to develop social skills, improve language development, facilitate gross and fine motor gains, promote independent living and life skills, and to increase the opportunity to participate in typical experiences for both the participant and the family. Services can be provided on an ongoing basis or through consultation to address challenging behaviors and provide appropriate alternative behaviors to improve quality of life. Behavior analysis can be implemented 1:1 or in a group setting.

Mental Health Counseling
OCA is aware that there are times in our lives when the instability around us collides with the turmoil within, and we need help to work through this struggle. We employ Licensed Mental Health Counselors to meet the needs of the dynamic population in Central Florida. Whether you need on-site support or telehealth, we are happy to assist you in your journey toward peace and sustainable mental stability. We aim to guide each client on a journey of self-exploration, learning about themselves and the world around them along the way.
Social Skills
Activities in our social skills program offer participants an opportunity to engage with the community, generalize skills they have learned in their programming, socialize with like minded peers, and just have a great time. OCA offers on-site activities once a quarter, with thematic activities and dancing to entertain all. In the summer we offer additional activities for our adult participants to break the monotony of adult life and create a work-life balance. Other activities throughout the year include sporting events and clubs. Previous activities have included dances, cooking classes, running club, attending sporting events, and enjoying community attractions. There is something for everyone
Early Intervention
OCA’s Early Intervention program gives developmental support to children, ages 18 months to 7 years of age. Our program offers the advantage of a behavioral therapeutic instruction program in a classroom setting, focusing on social, emotional, and cognitive skills. We aim to provide an enriched environment to support the development of a lifelong love of learning. Offered weekly from 9:00-1:30, children can make gains toward school readiness and success across the lifespan.
