You are the stars and the world is watching you. By your presence, you send a message to every village, every city, every nation. A message of hope. A message of victory” - Eunice Kennedy Shriver, Founder of Special Olympics

OCA and Special Olympics share a common thread in supporting our community to foster acceptance and inclusion of all people. Sports was the foundation of OCA, originally known as Orange County Athletics. Using sports, individuals with special needs can discover their strengths and abilities, highlight their personal skills, and reach new levels of success. Through participation with Special Olympics Florida, OCA athletes find joy, build friendships, and experience fulfillment both on the court and off. OCA is a registered training facility for Special Olympics Florida-Central Region. There is great value in individual and team sports in the development of our children and young adults. Our programs include the Young Athletes Program for individuals ages 3-7 and our Special Olympics training program for athletes and partners, ages 8-adulthood. OCA participates in the following sport seasons- Fall- Winter-Summer. We provide individual sports skills and traditional/unified team sports opportunities.
