OCA Adult Program is proud to announce the addition of First Flight Academy to our roster of services for ages 18+.

About First Flight Academy

Course series will offer:

  • Credential opportunity
  • Social skills training
  • Problem solving skills
  • Daily Living Skills support
  • Health and Nutrition education
  • Internship Placement
  • Job coach support


  • 7-10 week cohorts with 75 hours of instruction
  • Sequential courses may be taken
  • Instruction will be provided by a certified teacher with wraparound supports from our clinical team (BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT’s)
  • Technology provided

Class Schedule

  • Each cohort has an orientation before classes begin
  • Each cohort has 8-10 spots available beginning in March

Credentialing Options

  • Supply chain management
  • Pre-requisite for Drone Pilot
  • Tablet and Phone screen repair (late 2024)
  • Individualized options as requested


  • $400 per cohort

Scholarship support available upon demonstration of financial need

Supply Chain Management

This certification track is intended to educate students in the basics of the supply chain and the supply chain’s roles within organizations. Key elements of this track include the definition of supply chain and the parts of a supply chain. It also includes an explanation of how the supply chain supports organizations’ strategic and financial goals.

Drone Piloting

Introduction to Drone Piloting

In this track, students will learn about types of drones, flight basics, FAA and drone technology, and day-to-day job requirements. This class will help set up individuals to take the Drone Pilot FAA Test to achieve their license.

Individualized Options as Requested

Other career training opportunities are available through First Flight Academy on an individualized basis. A certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of this course
