Our staff members are passionate and determined to help individuals with special needs be successful in their ability to Work, Live, and Play.

OCA believes in giving employees all the necessary tools to be successful in our environment. All of our employees are trained in Positive Behavior Support, Professional Crisis Management and are given the opportunity to participate in staff trainings year round.

 

OCA was founded by parents, teachers, therapists and members of the community who know that children and adults with autism and other disabilities need more opportunities to engage in age-appropriate activities with their typical peers. At OCA we offer a year round Recreation Program, Early Intervention, AVT (Adult Vocational Training), Day Camps, Social Skills Events, Special Olympics Training, Respite, Behavior Therapy and other services for the Special Needs Community. “Special Needs” are commonly defined by what an individual CAN’T do …
